As the sun sets over Cala Llonga, CUYO transforms into one of the island’s most atmospheric dining destinations. Every Saturday, Sunset Vinyl Sessions pair the warmth of analogue sound with vibrant Mexican cuisine, handcrafted cocktails and uninterrupted sea views.

With vinyl sets curated by renowned local artists Chelu García and Toni Clemente, guests are invited to settle in for an evening of sunset dining by the water. From guacamole and tacos to signature mains and mezcal-inspired desserts, the menu celebrates bold Mexican flavours designed to be shared and enjoyed at a slower pace.
