OUR LOCATION & NEIGHBOURHOOD

EXPLORE PARIS FROM HYDE

Hyde Paris sur Seine sits on the Pointe des Arts, the upstream tip of Île Seguin, where the old Renault factory island has become a stage for music, art and film. Walk to a concert at La Seine Musicale, an exhibition at Le Large or a late screening at the Pathé IMAX. Cross a footbridge into Boulogne-Billancourt or Meudon, hop on the tram to La Défense, or take the metro into the heart of Paris.

LANDMARKS & CULTURE

Île Seguin is fast becoming the cultural heart of western Paris. Here’s what’s on the doorstep, and a little further out.

  • La Seine Musicale: the island’s music venue, home to concerts, dance and big-name shows, at the other end of Île Seguin.
  • Le Large: our next-door neighbor on the Pointe des Arts, a 5,000 sqm contemporary art, with exhibitions, a bookshop and panoramic terraces.
  • Pathé Île Seguin: our next-door cinema, with premium screens and IMAX. Perfect for a movie night after dinner on the rooftop.
  • Domaine national de Saint-Cloud: a vast historic park with sweeping views over Paris, a short drive away. Every summer it hosts the Rock en Seine festival and events popping up all year round.
  • Roland-Garros and Parc des Princes: tennis and football royalty, both within easy reach by metro or car.
  • Château de Versailles: the Sun King’s palace and its legendary gardens, around 25 minutes by car.
  • Musée Albert-Kahn: gardens from around the world and a remarkable early color photography archive, a short hop away in Boulogne-Billancourt.
  • Fondation Louis Vuitton: Located in the Bois de Boulogne and home to some of the biggest art shows in town, around 15 minutes by car.
  • Jardin d’Acclimatation: One of Paris’s oldest amusement parks, tucked inside the Bois de Boulogne, with vintage rides, leafy gardens and a farm that delight all ages. Around 15 minutes by car.
