Cuyo hosts the debut Timeleft dinner in Ibiza
Cuyo, Mexican restaurant located in Hyde Ibiza, is proud to host the first-ever Timeleft dinner in Ibiza and the Balearic Islands. This event blends bold Mexican flavors with meaningful connections against the backdrop of Cala Llonga’s stunning scenery.
Timeleft’s “Dinner with Strangers” concept uses a personality test to match guests with five other compatible attendees, fostering curious and meaningful moments. This unique social dining experience includes tequila welcome drinks, a three-course menu, local wines, and soft drinks.

The Spot
Tucked away in our own little corner of the island, we’re just 13 kilometres from Ibiza’s Old Town and 19 kilometres from Ibiza Airport. You can take the ferry from our dock to the Old Town, connecting you to the island’s main city. There is also a fast ferry to Formentera, making it ideal for exploring the island.
Cala Llonga village, which comes to life during the summer season, offers a wide range of bars, restaurants, and shops. The public beach offers sun loungers (available for a charge and not managed by the hotel) and a children’s playground. It is one of the largest beaches on the island, with public parking nearby in case you are thinking of renting a car to explore.
The nearby town of Santa Eularia is an easy bus ride away, offering the chance to discover local shops and enjoy the Ibiza way of life.
