Located beside Hyde Ibiza’s beachside pool and Bungalow area, the seasonal residency offers guests a rotating selection of handcrafted ice creams and sorbets inspired by Mediterranean ingredients and local flavours. Marking its first presence on this side of the island, beyond its beloved outpost in Ibiza Town.
