What is the cancellation policy at Hyde Melbourne Place?
Cancellation terms depend on the rate you book. Flexible rates allow you to cancel or modify your reservation without penalty, provided you do so before the cancellation deadline stated in your booking conditions. Non-refundable rates offer a lower price in exchange for stricter conditions and generally require payment at the time of booking. These bookings cannot normally be cancelled, refunded or modified without forfeiting the amount paid.
Can I change my booking if my plans change?
Yes, depending on the rate booked. Flexible rates allow you to cancel up to 24 hours before your check-in date. Prepaid bookings are non-modifiable and non-cancellable. Always check the terms and conditions attached to your specific rate when booking.
How do I modify or cancel an existing reservation at Hyde Melbourne Place?

Yes. Baby cots are available free of charge in all rooms, subject to availability. Rollaway beds are available for a one-time charge of $80 in the Front Row Suite, Platinum Suite and Headliner Penthouse.

Can I use Dis-loyalty at Hyde Melbourne Place, and can I book more than one room?
Yes.
